CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 24 hours notice for haircuts, conditioning treatments and tooth gems will result in a 100% charge of service. Cancellations within to 48 hours notice for hair coloring/ chemical services will result in a 50% charge of service. Cancellations within 48 hours notice for nail appointments will result in a 50% charge of service and within 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of service.
